This is where we delve into who you are as an organization, a little history…how you got to this point, roles and responsibilities within your organization, how you define and measure success, barriers and pain points you are dealing with, etc. This is also when we gather the data that is meaningful to you- customer feedback, employee feedback, etc. We’ll conduct exercises such as a SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats) analysis.
